The haunted castle returns to Europa-Park as Castello dei Medici with a new theme. It's haunted again! The popular haunted castle in the Italian themed area has been extensively renovated and awaits you with new exciting spooky fun. Guests are driven through the palace in small gondolas, spooky voices and scary figures can be seen everywhere. In addition, Lorenzo is up to mischief here, whose story is based on the historical figure of the early Italian Renaissance "Lorenzo de' Medici". Lorenzo wants to take revenge on the traitorous Pazzi family and comes into possession of an old stone tablet with strange symbols and meaningful writings. The text, written in an unknown Latin language, promises eternal life to anyone who follows its instructions. He dedicates his whole life to pursuing this plan. Guests will find out what he experiences and whether he will manage to escape death in the end during the four-minute ride in the dark ride.
