To provide the platform, we use the following service providers:
PostgreSQL (database)
The platform operates its own PostgreSQL database on a server in the EU (netcup, Nuremberg / Germany).
Account data, ratings, and other user data are stored exclusively on this server. No transfer to external database providers takes place.
Hosting (netcup)
netcup GmbH, Daimlerstr. 17, 90489 Nuremberg, Germany.
The website is hosted on a dedicated server (VPS) at netcup. On each visit, technical data (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) may be recorded in server logs. Deletion after 14 days.
For audience measurement, we run our own Umami Analytics instance (cookieless, anonymized: page views, referrers, device type, country). No marketing cookies are set.
We do not share data with additional third parties unless legally required.
